Prestige Power & Energy is senior-designer-led, not sales-led. Every quote that leaves the office has been drafted and signed off by the same engineer who'll stay on your account after install. We are small enough to do that — and we intend to stay small enough.

From the founder
Solar should not be a commodity sale.
I started Prestige Power & Energy after watching too many SE QLD homeowners get sold systems they didn't need — drafted by a sales rep with a quota, installed by a crew who'd never met them, monitored by a portal nobody at the company actually checks.
So we do it backwards. The same senior designer reads your bills, draws your roof, signs your quote, and stays on your account afterwards. One name, end-to-end. If a panel under-performs in year three, the person looking at the telemetry is the same person who put it on your roof.

These aren't slogans — they're the operating logic of the company. If we ever break one of these on your project, raise it with the founder directly.
Commitment 01
One designer, end-to-end.
The senior designer who quoted you signs the install drawings, walks the roof if needed, and stays on your account for the life of the system.
Commitment 02
No surprise variations.
The quote you sign is the price you pay. We absorb design errors on our side — you don't get a variation invoice for our oversight.
Commitment 03
Sized to your usage, not the inverter.
Battery and panel decisions start from twelve months of your bills. We won't upsell capacity you don't need, and we'll tell you in writing if a smaller system pays back faster.
Commitment 04
24-hour fault response.*
Per-string telemetry means we usually see a fault before you do. Initial response within 24 hours of notification — full SLA detail in your service agreement.

How we got here.

Founded
Started in South East Queensland with a single install van and a belief that solar should be designed properly, not just bolted on.
- 2009
Accredited
Accredited for Design & Install across all three classes — GCPV, GCBS and SPS. Installer accreditation transitioned to Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) in 2023–24; we hold current SAA-accredited Design & Install today, and are a NETCC Approved Seller.
- 2015
Storage discipline added
Added battery storage to our offering as the technology matured — SAA-accredited Design & Install for grid-connect battery storage (GCBS) in SEQ.
- 2026
Per-string monitoring portal
Launched our end-to-end customer platform — design tool, live quoting, e-signature, and a personal portal for every customer.

Today
100,000 kW of solar and 75,000 kWh of battery storage installed for customers across Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Signups now open Australia-wide; installation expanding state by state.
