Solar should not be a commodity sale.

I started Prestige Power & Energy after watching too many SE QLD homeowners get sold systems they didn't need — drafted by a sales rep with a quota, installed by a crew who'd never met them, monitored by a portal nobody at the company actually checks.

So we do it backwards. The same senior designer reads your bills, draws your roof, signs your quote, and stays on your account afterwards. One name, end-to-end. If a panel under-performs in year three, the person looking at the telemetry is the same person who put it on your roof.

The senior designer who quoted you signs the install drawings, walks the roof if needed, and stays on your account for the life of the system.

No surprise variations.

The quote you sign is the price you pay. We absorb design errors on our side — you don't get a variation invoice for our oversight.

Commitment 03

Sized to your usage, not the inverter.

Battery and panel decisions start from twelve months of your bills. We won't upsell capacity you don't need, and we'll tell you in writing if a smaller system pays back faster.

Commitment 04

24-hour fault response.*

Per-string telemetry means we usually see a fault before you do. Initial response within 24 hours of notification — full SLA detail in your service agreement.
