Solar design & install.
Bill-driven sizing. We start with twelve months of usage data, model your roof from satellite, and design a layout that respects your shading, your future upgrades, and your budget. The senior designer who quoted you signs off the final drawing before it goes to the crew.
Tier-1 panels*, string-level monitoring, full STC zone-3 rebate handled in-house. No upsell on the day, no surprise variations after install.

Battery storage.
Most battery quotes you'll get in SE QLD are sized to the inverter. We size to your daytime usage profile — what you actually export between 9am and 4pm versus what you consume — so the battery has real work to do, not just spec-sheet capacity.
Cheaper Home Batteries Program (CHBP) eligible across our service area. Optional backup-circuit installation for outage resilience on a single circuit (typically fridge plus lighting; not a whole-home UPS).

Monitoring & care.
From the moment the system is commissioned, you get per-string telemetry — not just whole-system output. If a single panel under-performs, we see it before you do, and we open a service ticket on your behalf.
Faults raised in the portal get a response within 24 hours*. The senior designer who built your system stays on your account — you don't get re-routed to a generic support queue or a different account manager every quarter.
