Three disciplines, one designed system.
Solar design and install, battery storage, live monitoring. Delivered by the same senior designer, end-to-end. Below is the actual scope of works for each — what's included, what it costs, where the footnotes are.
A · Solar
Solar design & install.
- Lead time
- ~3 weeks*
- Typical install
- 1 day*
- Panels
- Tier-1*
- Workmanship
- [WARRANTY_YEARS] yr
- Rebate
- STC zone-3
Bill-driven sizing. We start with twelve months of usage data, model your roof from satellite, and design a layout that respects your shading, your future upgrades, and your budget. The senior designer who quoted you signs off the final drawing before it goes to the crew.
Tier-1 panels*, string-level monitoring, full STC zone-3 rebate handled in-house. No upsell on the day, no surprise variations after install.
Scope of works
- 12-month bill analysis
- Satellite roof model
- Shading & orientation study
- STC rebate application
- Tier-1 panels*
- Inverter sized to load
- String-level wiring
- Same-day commissioning
- Monitoring portal access
- Workmanship cover
B · Storage
Battery storage.
- Sizing logic
- Daytime profile
- Rebate
- CHBP eligible
- Mfr warranty
- 10 yr*
- Backup option
- Single circuit
Most battery quotes you'll get in SE QLD are sized to the inverter. We size to your daytime usage profile — what you actually export between 9am and 4pm versus what you consume — so the battery has real work to do, not just spec-sheet capacity.
Cheaper Home Batteries Program (CHBP) eligible across our service area. Optional backup-circuit installation for outage resilience on a single circuit (typically fridge plus lighting; not a whole-home UPS).
Scope of works
- Daytime usage-profile analysis
- Battery sized to consumption
- CHBP rebate handled in-house
- Optional backup circuit
- Inverter coupling check
- Per-cell telemetry
- Commissioning & handover
- Mfr warranty paperwork
- Fault response under SLA
C · Monitoring
Monitoring & care.
- Telemetry
- Per-string
- Fault SLA
- 24 h*
- Account contact
- Senior designer
- Review cadence
- Quarterly
From the moment the system is commissioned, you get per-string telemetry — not just whole-system output. If a single panel under-performs, we see it before you do, and we open a service ticket on your behalf.
Faults raised in the portal get a response within 24 hours*. The senior designer who built your system stays on your account — you don't get re-routed to a generic support queue or a different account manager every quarter.
Scope of works
- Per-string telemetry
- Customer portal access
- 24 h fault SLA*
- Senior designer on account
- Quarterly performance review
- Firmware updates handled
- Annual yield report
How we differ from a typical SE QLD installer.
Plain comparison. The "typical installer" column is what we hear from homeowners switching to us — not a specific competitor.
